Manufacturing Flow Chart
Material Sourcing & Fabric Selection
We source performance-driven fabrics suitable for sportswear and teamwear applications, including polyester, cotton, and blended materials.
Each fabric is selected based on durability, comfort, and performance requirements such as moisture management, stretch, and breathability.
Fabric GSM, composition, and finish are reviewed before production to ensure consistency across bulk orders. Custom fabric sourcing is available upon request, depending on order volume and technical requirements.
Pattern Development & Size Grading
Our pattern development process uses standardized sizing and technical measurements to ensure accurate fit and repeatability.
Patterns are created and graded to support a full range of sizes, from youth to adult, depending on the product category.
Before bulk production, size specifications are reviewed to maintain fit consistency and alignment with buyer requirements.
Fabric Cutting & Layering
Fabric cutting is carried out after inspection and approval of raw materials.
Layers are aligned carefully to ensure uniformity across all panels, minimizing variation during stitching.
Controlled cutting procedures help reduce material waste and ensure accuracy throughout the production process.
Stitching & Garment Assembly
Garment stitching and assembly are performed by trained operators using industrial sewing machines designed for sportswear production.
Production lines are organized by workflow to maintain efficiency and consistency across bulk orders.
Reinforced seams and stitching techniques are applied where required to support durability and performance in active use environments.
Printing & Embroidery Techniques
We offer multiple customization techniques to meet branding and design requirements, including:
- Sublimation printing
- Screen printing
- Heat transfer printing
- Embroidery
Color accuracy, logo placement, and artwork alignment are reviewed before and during production to ensure branding consistency across all units.
Quality Control & Inspection
Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process.
Inspections are conducted at multiple stages to verify:
- Fabric quality and defects
- Stitch strength and finish
- Print alignment and color consistency
- Measurement accuracy
- Overall garment appearance
Final inspections are completed before packing to ensure products meet agreed specifications and buyer expectations.
Packing, Labeling & Branding
Finished garments are prepared according to buyer requirements, including custom labeling, size tags, and packaging preferences.
Each unit is folded, packed, and organized to support efficient handling and shipment.
Packaging standards are followed to protect garments during storage and international transportation.
Dispatch & Global Shipping
